Package: buildd.debian.org FTP master asked us to put valid mail addresses into the maintainer field of changes produced by the buildds. IMHO external mail from !d.o machines should be disallowed for buildd_<arch>-<builder>@buildd.debian.org first, then we could go ahead and switch.
