I read that command in other bugs before, but I cannot find it.

ch...@melpomene2:~$ grep -i log /etc/cups/cupsd.conf
# Show troubleshooting information in error_log.
LogLevel debug

ch...@melpomene2:~$ aptitude search cupsctl
ch...@melpomene2:~$ 

Is is also OK to set the LogLevel to debug?
If yes I can attached the logfile from the tests I did.

Otherwise I need to create new ones.

allways the web interface, is there a way to do it
using lpadmin or similar?

The Webbrowser session hangs, waiting for a reply from cupsd.
