I tested the following: gnome-terminal, rxvt and xterm, on all of then Ins
says "No such option" in jstar, and inserts a space without advancing the
cursor in joe.

In joe, Ctrl+T+T works, Ins does not.
In jstar which I use, Ctrl-V does not work anymore, like Ins.

diff /etc/joe/jstarrc ~/.jstarrc
