I installed bugzilla3 and I do have problem with adding more skins. I copy the skins (which work on other not packaged installation) in the /usr/share/bugzilla3/web/skin/contrib directory and run /usr/share/bugzilla3/lib/checksetup.pl script as written in documentation chapter 6.1 . But no new skins are available in preferences as I would expect. And after that happens also that ownership of /etc/bugzilla3/params is changed to root:root and is unreadable to bugzilla. I'll be happy to provide more information if needed.
