I doubt it ... Probably not a stable update, in particular because the BTS uses unstable's maintainer addresses. It should be a serious bug because it is impossible to contact the maintainer via the BTS et al. It's a major headache to have to dig up contacts for bouncing mail, both for users and people trying to achieve stuff in Debian that involves more than a single package. That said, I'm certainly not raising the severity again myself.
