I don't know.

The bug is whenever the dialog is opened. Once I press the save button
(or enter into the text box) it gets correctly saved.

ioctl(3, FIONREAD, [0]) = 0
ioctl(3, FIONREAD, [0]) = 0
poll([{fd=3, events=POLLIN}], 1, 0) = 0

It's in a loop, seemingly infinite.

It has nothing to do with FIG files. It happens before there is a file,
whenever the canvas figure is to be saved.

It was triggered with a minimal figure (a plain rectangle.) I have
tried again now, with an ellipse, with the same results. And now with a
line, and it happens as well.

By the way I also experienced another bug the first time: the File menu
remained opened after the save dialog was opened. I couldn't reproduce
this afterwards, so I never filed a second bug, but it has happened
again right now with the line+save test you propopsed.

Do you need configuration or anything else? Libraries are those of etch
with upgrades.
