Package: nagios-plugins Version: 1.4-6 Severity: important Tags: patch Hello
The MySQL plugin's configuration file, /etc/nagios-plugins/config/mysql.cfg, isn't set to allow a username/password to be provided. A workaround is: /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_mysql -H $HOSTADDRESS$ -u $ARG1$ -p $ARG2$ However, this probably won't work if check_mysql is set not to need a password. How about two commands - check_mysql_anon and check_mysql - the first not needing a password?
