Just that Fedora doesn't use Go-OO...

(And it works for me with 2.4.1-15 and 2.4.1-17 on lenny/amd64 and
3.0.1~rc2-2 on sid/amd64).
With LANG=pt_BR.UTF-8 and with both formats.
Will try with i386 later...
