Plucker perhaps could check the arguments it is given to be sure they
match the man page.
One discovers
$ plucker a.pdb; plucker b.pdb
work fine, but
$ plucker a.pdb b.pdb; Or even: plucker a.pdb a.pdb
give a mess.
What do you call a mess?
If I use "plucker a.pdb a.pdb" I have the same behavior that if I use
"plucker". plucker proposes a file selector with only one .pdb file. Do
you have something else?
Please be more descriptive in your bug reports. Something like:
Summary:
Provide a descriptive summary of the issue.

In numbered format, detail the exact steps taken to produce the bug.

Describe what you expected to happen when you executed the steps above.

Explain what actually occurred when steps above were executed.
