If you do 'C'opy the file and try to overwrite the existing one, from the send panel, mutt will write: File exists, (o)verwrite, (a)ppend, or (c)ancel? If you want to overwrite the file it's still your decision. What's the advantage of having a file named with the mkstemp/tempfile function?
