Package: libapt-pkg-dev Version: 0.7.20.1 Severity: wishlist For diagnostic purposes, it would be nice to be able to tell the user why a package has a particular pin priority. Part of that is being able to trace pins back to their physical location in the preferences file. As a first step, it would be helpful if the Pin data structure stored the filename and (first) line number of the pin.
