The updated Vietnamese translation for the debconf file: xmameSorry I couldn't do this earlier. I did receive your po-debconf update email. However, I didn't receive the vi.po file with that email, which put this update at the bottom of my priority list, since I am very short of available time. Attaching the relevant file makes it possible for translators to achieve a quick and efficient turnaround on updates, so please do that next time.
