This is like http://bugs.debian.org/500448 but with <code> tag.

Unlike <screen> tag, <code> tag is used on a word as a part of an
paragraph.

 http://www.docbook.org/tdg/en/html/code.html

Thus should not split like <acronym> case.

Patch: 
Just add a line with <code> in the inline element list (just after ~190) of
Docbook.pm.

This patch is not fully tested for side effect but works for me now.

I think many xml uses this tag.
