I have just tried on an amd64 box running lenny where only
python-support version differs (0.8.4) but I don't get this
warning.
Then, I upgraded to python-support 0.8.7 but didn't get the warning
either. Therefore I don't think it is related to python-support (from
the beginning it looked weird to me that this problem was only seem to
happen on amd64 as python-support doesn't care about that), so it may be
related to your installation ;).
