Experimental is compiled with openmp and will be soon moved to
unstable (soon this week I hope sse with nelson). So it will be a
partial fix.

Thanks for opening a bug report to graphicsmagick-imagemagick-compat
but this bug report is quite sparse. I am not a maintainer of this
package but I suppose they will need a test case :)

Upstream is aking some test case with image :) Could you put two or
three images on this bug report, a put the command line used, ant the
time used with each version :) Therefore upstream will be happy to
close this regression :)
