Attached is a statement from the author that the icons can be used under
CC-BY 3.0. This needs to go into debian/copyright.

It looks like if these icons are duplicated in Debian, they might
deserve their own package. But that's a post-lenny discussion.

I've already been in discussion with Holger Levsen and Christian
Welzel about this (regarding the inclusion in Debian as part of
Typo3). I'm happy to consider the icons dual-licenced under both CC-BY
2.5 and CC-BY 3.0
