Hi Antonio,
 sorry! I was busy at work and I had some difficult to find a machine
running your same linux version. So I think that I found a solution
for your situation. It is not a fnfx problem but I think that I found
a way to fix this. Please try the following command:

echo "toshiba_acpi" >> /etc/modules

as root. Tell me if everything works fine on next boot.
