When you give a window "always on top" status, newly opened windows will appear behind the window which is currently focused. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open some windows, for example, some Xterms. 2. Focus one of the windows. 3. Press Alt+F2 to invoke the Run Application prompt window RESULT: The Run Application prompt window appears behind the currently focused window. (This also happens in other situations, not just with the Run Application windows.) This bug really gets on my nerves, enough to make me want to look for an alternative window manager.
