Package: debian-www
Severity: normal

In this webpage : http://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting
It is suggesting to use reportbug like that :
[...]To install and start it, simply run:
aptitude install reportbug; reportbug
[...]

Which implicitly say 'become root, install and run'
Using root is not mandotary to run reportbug, and I am really not sure it is a
good idea to let people think it is the debian way to
reportbug.
