reassign 509471 apt thanks Hi,
ftp.debian.org got this bug, requesting for version number addition to the release file for testing. A short discussion in #debian-release showed that this idea doesn't have much support, but that there currently doesn't seem to be a good way to solve this otherwise. It seems the best way would be if apt gains the ability to pin using the "Codename:" field in Release files.
