Maybe you want to try the driver from 

   http://www.ralinktech.com/ralink/Home/Support/Linux.html

or

   http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/ivd/rt2x00.git
   git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/ivd/rt2x00.git

instead of ndiswrapper.
