I'm not sure this is something that we want to put effort into fixing. Suspending a system is naturally going to interfere with numerous IPC mechanisms. You'd expect, for example, tcp connections to close after the machine had been suspending for a certain amount of time. I'll pass this along to the upstream developers. They may find it worthwhile to add some more aggressive recovery attempts when this situation comes up. noah
