As alternative to fix the bug:
Modify /usr/sbin/amavisd-new-cronjob
Replace
exec /bin/su - "${SUUSER}" -c "$*"
by
exec /bin/su - "${SUUSER}" -s /bin/sh -c "$*"
to prevent the return code 1 from shell /bin/false of user amavis
