No. By default, debsums takes note if localepurge is installed and if
so silently ignores missing files in /usr/share/{man,locale} (unless for
locales given in /etc/locale.nopurge).
The --no-locale-purge option causes debsums to report all missing files,
even if such files may have been intentionally deleted by localpurge.
