Package: xserver-xorg-input-tslib Version: 0.0.5-3 Severity: wishlist
The new Xorg driver for the Glamo graphics chip of the Openmoko Neo Freerunner phone is starting to get into a shape where it can be used (it survives suspend/resume now). This driver supports also rotation and scaling with xrandr so also input driver needs to notice when xrandr is used to rotate the display. Fortunately there already is a patch that does it at https://dev.openwrt.org/browser/packages/Xorg/driver/xf86-input-tslib/patches/015-add-randr-support.patch?format=txt I have tested that with this patch both "xrandr -o 3" and "xrandr -s 240x320" result in a state where the touchscreen acts normally. I used git version 703acea131caf72e7 of the not-yet-in-debian xf86-video-glamo driver in the tests. -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: armel (armv4tl) Kernel: Linux 2.6.28-GTA02_lindi-andy-tracking_b8b36e5ec3db71d5-mokodev (PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=fi_FI (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages xserver-xorg-input-tslib depends on: ii libc6 2.7-18 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libts-0.0-0 1.0-4 touch screen library ii xserver-xorg-core 2:1.5.99.902-1 Xorg X server - core server Versions of packages xserver-xorg-input-tslib recommends: pn hal <none> (no description available) xserver-xorg-input-tslib suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
