Hi, I spoke with kaol about this on IRC, but for the others and the record:
The problem only appears when ghc6 is upgraded from 6.10.1+dfsg1-11 to 6.10.1+dfsg1-13, because the paths to the .haddock files are not adjusted in the ghc-pkg registry. A work around is to purge ghc6 and re-install it. A proper fix will probably be in 6.10.1+dfsg1-14.
