I am using Linux version 2.6.26-grsec (2.6.26) (m...@mango) (gcc version 4.3.2 (Debian 4.3.2-1.1) #1 SMP Mon Mar 2 12:22:22 CET 2009 which is basically Debian Lenny + grsec-Patch-Kernel that I build as follows: export PATCH_THE_KERNEL=YES export KPATCH_grsecurity2=2.6.26.3 make-kpkg --revision 1 --append-to-version -grsec linux_image using linux-patch-grsecurity2 2.1.12+2.6.126.3-200809012141-1. I am now going to upstream grsecurity stuff, most likely 2.6.27.xx, as it for now doesn't appear to make much sense to me going the debian way here. -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.28.7-workstation-toi-3.0-2009-02-14-v1 (SMP w/2 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: lang=de...@euro, lc_ctype=de...@euro (charmap=ISO-8859-15) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages gradm2 depends on: ii libc6 2.7-18 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libpam0g 1.0.1-5 Pluggable Authentication Modules l gradm2 recommends no packages.
