reopen #517954 thanks Sorry, but even 3.7-pre5-1 still spews screenful and screenful of Warnings on bootup. This is a _noticeable_ delay in bootup.
Please think about not spewing a screenful of warnings on each module load but think about warning _once_ per misnamed configuration file, for example in an init script.
