Yes, the new packages in lenny separate the dnscache service from the djbdns programs, as well as the svscan service from the daemontools programs. You can consider installing the dnscache-run package, which depends on daemontools-run. I currently don't know how updating from the -src packages can be improved, suggestion and/or patch welcome.
