Hi,
I just compile a 2.6.28 kernel with the last version of
kernel-package. Here are my commands :
$ make-kpkg --rootcmd fakeroot clean
$ make-kpkg --rootcmd fakeroot --append-to-version=-1 --revision=`date +%y%m%d`
kernel-image
$ su
Password:
# dpkg -i kernel-image-2.6....deb
No problem at boot. But when I try to do a make menuconfig or a new
make-kpkg --rootcmd fakeroot clean in the src directory, I get that
error :

I have to remove the tmp_kallsyms* files in order to have the
possibility to do a make menuconfig.
