Interesting extra info: the "-rebuild" flag triggers the problem, the
-refresh does not. So if I empty the target dir by "rm -rf" and then
run, bogously, ikiwiki "-refresh" it passes the incriminated file
without any problem.
On the contrary if I try "-rebuild" it gets stuck.
We have a work-around in the interim.
