I'm developping an application using mxdatetime and psycopg2 for a while now,
relying on the support provided by psycopg2. Seeing this support dropped
after an update is very annoying, for me at least, since I can't start my
application anymore :(

Can't we simply have mxdatetime as a recommands, documenting that it's
necessary to activate mx datetime adapters ? Though another binary package
including the mx datetime support is fine with me.
