Package: telepathy-sofiasip Version: 0.5.15-1 Severity: normal When using Empathy, I should be able to add my Ekiga and FreeWorldDialup SIP accounts and have them connect properly so that I can use them to place calls. Sadly, this does not happen and they keep blinking indicating they are trying to connect I assume (AIM/Jabber are solid and I am able to use just fine). I would use ekiga but I am experiencing bug 338307 (yes, username/password is fine for both accounts and STUN support is setup properly as ekiga/FWD's websites suggest).
I also attempted using telepathy-sofiasip from unstable, but the problem still exists in 0.5.15-1 -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-1-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages telepathy-sofiasip depends on: ii libc6 2.7-18 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libdbus-1-3 1.2.12-1 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libdbus-glib-1-2 0.80-3 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libglib2.0-0 2.18.4-2 The GLib library of C routines ii libsofia-sip-ua-glib3 1.12.10-4 Sofia-SIP library glib/gobject int ii libsofia-sip-ua0 1.12.10-4 Sofia-SIP library runtime ii libssl0.9.8 0.9.8g-15 SSL shared libraries ii libtelepathy-glib0 0.7.26-1 Telepathy framework - GLib library ii telepathy-stream-engine 0.5.3-1 stream handler for the Telepathy f telepathy-sofiasip recommends no packages. telepathy-sofiasip suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
