Hello; I don't have time to help with maintenance of rtorrent. I could, at most, upload it to unstable (Jose Luis told me he was fine with me making uploads).
However, in general I prefer not to upload stuff I won't be taking proper care of. Jose Luis, if you're busy, maybe it'd be good to search for some co-maintainers?
