Hello.
There is a problem with the GUI.
When the program starts:
1. I can't write the password: Although the input field has the focus
it doesn't take what is typed on the keyboard.
2. No text ("Welcome to ...") appear on the window, and the "OK" and
"Cancel" strings do not appear on their respective buttons.
I don't think that there is a bug in "fpm" itself, as it works perfectly
on my other computer (i386). It seems that there is a problem on this
architecture (amd64) with some of the libs which "fpm" uses.
But I don't know how to try and find the culprit.
Note that 2 days ago, I had similar problems with "vlc" and "alsaplayer",
but in the meantime, I added some packages, and now those work as usual.
So maybe it is dependency problem (lib32/lib64 related?).
As it is, "fpm" is severely broken and unusable on amd64.
