The previous submission is a bit of a mess. Basically, you should pay attention to the inner part of the report.
I created the bug on the system sensors was monitoring. Because it doesn't have email setup, I saved the report to a file. I sent the file via mutt on another system; that was rejected because the package: header was missing (I guess it had a blank line before it). The I used reportbug --body-file from the 2nd system. As a result, the inner report got wrapped with information (top and bottom) from the 2nd system. Ignore it.
