The original fix for http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=568332 introduced a thread leak. Unfortunately, it was backported to the 2.24 branch, causing problems I described in http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=575229 . I verified that the 'revised patch' attached to the former report applies to evolution-data-server 2.24.5 and fixes those problems.
