I tried upload manpages-zh 1.5.1-2[1] directly to ftp-master in 2 days ago (by mistake), it should be FAILED, but it unexpectly successful. I am a DM, and also the maintainer of manpages-zh, but the manpages-zh has not set DMUA field in 1.5.1-1. as the wiki page said[2], so it should be rejected. What happened? Thanks.
