Hi, the release team has requested a name change libcap2-dev to libcap-dev. This causes FTBFS problems in a few packages that have versioned Build-Depends on libcap2-dev. Please update your Build-Depends to either libcap-dev or libcap2-dev | libcap-dev. The version specification >= 2.11 is not needed anyway because the oldest version of libcap2-dev in Debian is 2.11.
