Package: boxbackup-client Version: 0.11~rc2-6 Filing bug for Reinhard Tartler following discussion with him by e-mail and on the upstream mailing list.
The syslog facility is hardcoded in boxbackup for LOCAL6, however this has been changed in .diff.gz to be DAEMON in line with the rest of Debian. This could be confusing when upstream attempt to support their users so they've have patched this issue by making the syslog facility configurable. This bug (and attached/referenced) patch is about having that patch applied to this package for Debian so that Debian's change to LOG_DAEMON is now reflected in the config file - something which will be known to upstream.
