Yes, debian-science just depends on the command line tools or rather
it wants to provide users who deal with geographical tasks some tools
to deal with these tasks.  So I did:

Francesco, BTW I really think you should try to understand the idea behind
Debian Pure Blends its metapackage systems and the other advantages you might
gain.  Petter has just started out with some stuff but has not really continued
this.
