Heheh, oops. I guess I should fix that spelling error. The MS-T sensor
is using a DS2438 battery monitor for its temperature sensor. These
parts are actually a chip designed to monitor voltage and current in
battery packs and can be used to monitor sensors with proporrtional
voltage outputs (like humidity sensors). The 'normal' use of them used
to be humidity sensors so that's the default in DigiTemp, but Dallas has
been having problems making DS18S20 sensors so people are moving towards
using the DS2438 just as a temperature sensor (its actually cheaper than
the stand alone temperature sensors too).
