Other packages start fine, and so does gtwitter now. So this means that I can't reproduce the reported issue anymore. What changed from yesterday to today was that I upgraded to the latest packages of the current Debian testing, though none of them was a package upon which gtwitter (directly) depends, as far as I can see (didn't check indirect dependencies, though): Get:1 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main mktemp 1.6-3 [11.7kB] Get:2 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libselinux1 2.0.71-1 [78.8kB] Get:3 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main iproute 20090115-1 [400kB] Get:4 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main net-tools 1.60-23 [337kB] Get:5 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main bind9-host 1:9.5.1.dfsg.P2-1 [64.0kB] Get:6 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main dnsutils 1:9.5.1.dfsg.P2-1 [153kB] Get:7 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libbind9-40 1:9.5.1.dfsg.P2-1 [31.6kB] Get:8 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libisccfg40 1:9.5.1.dfsg.P2-1 [50.4kB] Get:9 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libisccc40 1:9.5.1.dfsg.P2-1 [28.7kB] Get:10 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libdns45 1:9.5.1.dfsg.P2-1 [601kB] Get:11 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libisc45 1:9.5.1.dfsg.P2-1 [163kB] Get:12 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main liblwres40 1:9.5.1.dfsg.P2-1 [47.9kB] Get:13 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main file 5.00-1 [45.8kB] Get:14 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libmagic1 5.00-1 [234kB] Get:15 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libsqlite3-dev 3.6.11-4 [392kB] Get:16 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main sqlite3 3.6.11-4 [26.6kB] Get:17 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libsqlite3-0 3.6.11-4 [293kB] Get:18 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main ucf 3.0018 [64.3kB] Get:19 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libopenjpeg2 1.3+dfsg-4 [79.5kB] Get:20 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libpoppler4 0.10.4-3 [868kB] Get:21 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libpoppler-glib4 0.10.4-3 [244kB] Get:22 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main epdfview 0.1.7-1 [127kB] Get:23 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main gimp 2.6.6-1 [4887kB] Get:24 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libgimp2.0 2.6.6-1 [1097kB] Get:25 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main gimp-data 2.6.6-1 [10.7MB] Get:26 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly 0.10.11-1 [323kB] Get:27 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main inkscape 0.46-6 [18.4MB] Get:28 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libkpathsea4 2007.dfsg.2-5 [124kB] Get:29 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libpolkit2 0.9-3 [110kB] Get:30 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libpolkit-dbus2 0.9-3 [89.1kB] Get:31 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libtext-csv-xs-perl 0.63-1 [64.2kB] Get:32 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main libtrackerclient0 0.6.91-1 [180kB] Get:33 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main poppler-utils 0.10.4-3 [258kB] Get:34 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main system-tools-backends 2.6.0-5 [176kB] Get:35 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main texlive-base-bin 2007.dfsg.2-5 [2639kB] Get:36 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main texlive-base-bin-doc 2007.dfsg.2-5 [8610kB] Get:37 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main texlive-extra-utils 2007.dfsg.2-5 [692kB] Anyway, since the issue is now unreproducible for me, either, I'm totally fine with the current state. ;-) Best regards, Andreas Krennmair -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
