it would be nice if rt could also send a mail if the owner of a ticket
changes (without any reply to the ticket). I set me as the owner of a ticket in the debian rt instance and no notification was sent which then resulted in coordination problems. So this would be a nice feature.

Be aware that by default RT won't email you stuff about what you have done, you may want to look at NotifyActor in RT_Config.pm
