Fixed upstream with svn #1953 (the second occurance will be fixed based on that). I am discussing with upstream if they want to do a point release that would include this. If so I could move the Debian package to that, but if that isn't going to happen in a timely manner I can do a dfsg tarball of 1.0.0.
