Actually, we didn't talk about this and I originally even didn't plan
to do a formal bug report as these templates are not *currently* in
the package.

However, the bug report is one step of my standardized review process
so I finally decided to go the usual way.

The templates include S. Gran's last comments.

Please confirm that everything is OK before I laucnh the formal call
for translations (this is part of the process, which is why I propose
handling it for you guys).
