Why should I divert the module, when the kernel gives me the ability to
just drop the right module into updates/ and it will pick that one over
the original version?

Additionally a divert would not solve the situation the original
reported had:

- boot a kernel with hdaps on a thinkpad
- load the original hdaps.ko
- install tp-smapi-modules-foo
- fail to load tp-smapi until the next reboot/reload of hdaps

after the next reboot updates/hdaps.ko will be loaded instead of
hwmon/hdaps.ko and everything is fine. But for the current boot,
hwmon/hdaps.ko is loaded, and regardles of updates and diverts, won't
be replaced with the new version until a unload and load by-hand.
