The package priority is required, but there is an override in place of
Standard (the last time I checked). The override should be removed.
I will submit an ftp bug against it.

slang is Priority: required as it is needed by util-linux, which is
required. util-linux needs to be rebuilt against libslang2 (I've done
test builds; no porting needed, just build), then slang1 can be removed
from base (into oldlibs) and libslang2 will be in base.
