I just filed bug 316342 here
<http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=316342>, and it
occured to me that the bug can be checked and found by autobuilder -
saving many human hours in process and raising debian quality.
Developer could forget to put dh_shlibdeps into debian/rules, but that
does not mean that users need to suffer because of that.
