Are you sure you're not clicking in some way? Because here I fail to reproduce that, scrolling in a focused and unraised window here doesn't raise it. I don't think there are any settings to tune that, but just to be sure could you try with a fresh config and/or a fresh user? Cheers, -- Yves-Alexis
